What treatment should I choose?

I recommend the Body Signature 60m spa treatment for those looking to leave with smooth, supple skin and an overall relaxed body
Other things to consider:
Assess your current skin and concerns and determine your goals.
How long do you want your service to be? I have express treatments up to lengthier luxury treatments.
What Enhancements could you benefit from? I have a variety of facial treatment add-ons as well as body spa services for simultaneous benefits.
What should I do before a facial?
Avoid:
Picking or touching breakouts, including congested areas. If the area is too inflamed or damaged at your appointment, it is likely that I am unable to properly treat or extract those areas.
Excessive sun exposure 24 hours minimum prior.
Exfoliation or high actives at least 3 days and retinol at least 1 week prior to appointment.
Botox 48 hours prior.
Lash Extensions 48 hours minimum prior to allow the lash adhesive to fully set. It is best to get a facial right before a lash extension full set or fill as there is no guarantee that lashes won’t fall out due to all the products, steam, and treatments even with adjustments.
Do:
Hydrate skin to keep pores and barrier lubricated for better extractions and intensive treatments.
Take note of your current lifestyle, regimen, and current products using or running low on and tell me during our pre-consultation to better adjust your skincare plan.

What should I do after a facial?
If the sun is still out, SPF is applied. Gently cleanse and moisturize at night.
Avoid:
Makeup and touching skin for 12-24 hours.
Active skin care and exfoliation for 3-5 days (+2 days for peel and dermaplane treatments).
Do:
Keeping up with topical recommended hydrators and SPF is necessary to ensure balanced moisture levels to prevent excessive dry spots and/or sun damage to the fresh skin layer that can cause pre-mature aging and discoloration. Facial services physically manipulate many structures of the skin and professional treatments are meant to work more extensively, even after leaving the studio for up to 2 weeks! What is happening below the surface of the skin will rise to the surface at a quicker rate — this includes underlying acne.
Make sure you’re booked for your next treatment 4 weeks after your last facial. The natural skin cell turnover rate is every 28-45 days up to 30 years of age, 45-60 days up to 40 years, and slows down even more rapidly thereafter. We aim to encourage that turnover rate to be as quick as possible to keep skin looking as fresh, plump, and clear as possible through professional exfoliation, treatments, and extractions.
Lash & Brow
What should I do before my Lash & Brow appointment?
Assess if you are on any hormonal replacement therapy as the hair makeup will not respond to these treatments effectively if at all.
If you are prone to allergies or sensitives, I recommend scheduling a patch test at least 48 hours prior.
Ensure all makeup is removed from brows and lashes as well as the skin around the area. The service time is built to gently cleanse residual oils or debris for proper treatment and results. Time spent to remove built up makeup will incur a fee and may limit results.
What should I do after my Lash & Brow appointment?
Avoid:
Makeup, skincare, and water on the lashes and brows for 12-24 hours. Tint treatments should wait at least 24 hours.
Do:
Use recommended post-care products designed for brow and lash hairs or castor oil.
Brush daily with provided spoolie and balm.
